How Digital Media Support Packages Work

  1. Entry-Level Support Package - You pay $300/month + tax for 12 months - You get 15 credits for the year

  2. Mid-Level Support Package - You pay $600/month + tax for 12 months - You get 30 credits for the year

  3. High-Level Support Package - You pay $1,200/month + tax for 12 months - You get 60 credits for the year

*Rates are reassessed at the end of the calendar year, and may be adjusted as needed. The rate agreed upon for your 12 month cycle will not be changed.


Each project requested as part of the support package will be assessed individually the same way it would be assessed in our normal project based pricing. We will determine how many credits the project will cost based on what the normal estimated cost of the project would have been. Basically:

  • 1 Credit - Projects that would normally cost less than $300

  • 2 Credits - Projects that would normally cost from $300 to $499

  • 3 Credits - Projects that would normally cost from $500 to $699

  • 4 Credits - Projects that would normally cost from $700 to $999

  • Projects over $999 will follow the same pattern for 5, 6, 7, 8 credits, etc.

The goal of the support packages is to allow churches and non-profit organizations to be able to better budget for digital media throughout the year instead of having to request funds as needs arise. You will receive quarterly updates on the status of your support package which will include how many credits you have remaining, the number of credits you have used and what they were used for, and ideas of possible uses for your remaining credits based on your church, non-profit, or ministry.
